Summary
Drive effective adoption of digital tools and services by translating technical changes into user-focused training, communications, and improvement activities that increase digital confidence and capability across the CPS.
Design and deliver high‑quality learning and support materials including training sessions, knowledge‑base content, and self‑service resources, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with user needs.
Use data and user insights to identify skills gaps and improvement opportunities, analysing service interactions and feedback to refine adoption strategies and enhance the user experience.
Build strong relationships with Business Relationship Managers, Digital Technology Leads (DTLs) and other stakeholders to ensure consistent engagement, understand business needs, and support effective implementation of digital products.
Represent the Digital Technology function at business meetings and forums, communicating updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring digital initiatives are embedded in day‑to‑day work in a way that delivers measurable benefits.
