Veterinary Surgeon – Grimsby | Small Animal Practice
A thriving independent small animal practice in Grimsby, nestled between the scenic Lincolnshire Wolds and the coast, is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join its dynamic team. The practice provides a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where veterinary professionals are empowered to grow, learn, and excel.
With a team of over 10 experienced vets and 25 skilled RVNs and students, this practice offers more than a standard first-opinion role. Almost no cases are externally referred, giving the successful candidate exposure to a wide range of complex and advanced cases.
Facilities Include:
• MRI, CT, DR imaging, advanced ultrasound, and endoscopy (including arthroscopy)
• Separate dog, cat, and exotic wards
• Over 40 hospital kennels and an isolation unit
Professional Development:

• Full funding and study leave for RCVS Certificates
• £10,000 annual salary increase on certificate completion

Role Details:
• Full-time, 4-day week
• Occasional weekend on-call, with the following Wednesday to Monday off
