Summary

We are recruiting reliable Ad Hoc Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company in Bellshill. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible shifts, competitive pay, and regular ad hoc work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Duties:

  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently

  • Ensure products meet quality and safety standards

  • Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures

  • Work as part of a team to meet daily targets

  • Keep work areas clean and organised

  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking individuals

  • Comfortable with fast-paced work

  • Able to follow instructions and work well in a team

  • Previous production/warehouse experience beneficial but not essential (full training provided)

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and overtime

What's On Offer:

  • Ad hoc and flexible shifts throughout the week and weekends

  • Weekly pay from £12.21 to £15.02 per hour, depending on shift

  • Enhanced weekend overtime rates up to £18.32 per hour

  • Shift options:

    • Morning: 6:00am - 2:30pm

    • Afternoon: 2:30pm - Job & Finish

  • Ongoing opportunities with potential for regular and long-term work
