Summary
We’re looking for an experienced industrial cleaner who’s happy to keep the factory clean and safe while supporting skilled engineering teams.
We offer
• £26,500 per year plus opportunity of earning overtime
• Equivalent to £13.00 to £13.60 per hour
• Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00, Fri 08:00–12:00
• 9% private pension contribution
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Free onsite parking,
• Subsidised canteen meals,
It would be to your advantage if you have your own transport. Plans have been put into place to arrange a shuttle bus from Uxbridge in the future.

What you’ll do:
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised production environment
• Sweep and clean machining areas, walkways, and external yard areas
• Empty bins and manage recycling according to regulations
• Monitor and separate swarf and factory waste correctly
• Follow strict Health & Safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a factory or industrial environment
• Must have a stable 5 year career history
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety policies
• Understanding of waste disposal and recycling regulations
• Stable work history over the last 5 years
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
