About this opportunity
The Colleague Communications & Experience (CC&E) team is a centre of excellence within Group Corporate Affairs. We support the Group's transformation by amplifying powerful stories that encourage people to adopt change and create the conditions for growth.
We're looking for a Channel and Experience expert (12 months FTC or secondment) with a strong background who is passionate about crafting an outstanding colleague experience. Are you someone who can help to create simple, smart and seamless communication journeys for our people, supported by deep specialist expertise in channels and hybrid / live events?
As a global business, it's vital that we use innovative ways to engage our range of audiences, across territories and roles, including those who are customer-facing. As the business adopts and reimagines ways of working with AI, we need to fully capitalize on this opportunity. We must challenge existing workflows and scale the role of communications to drive high performance and build capability. As we deliver our new Group strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in how we shape strategic activation narratives that inspire and inform: connecting colleagues through impactful, personalised and modern communication that reduces noise and amplifies the moments that matter.
You'll have the opportunity to:
-
Play a leading role in evolving our internal communications landscape - making smart use of our channels, colleague insight and data to boost impact, and bring stakeholders with you on the journey.
-
Input into how a colleague 'Super Agent' could deliver a more intuitive, modern colleague experience, working with teams across the organisation to bring it to life.
-
Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools to support smarter targeting, personalisation and relevance across our channels ecosystem.
-
Work closely with teams like Modern Workplace and People Platform to co-create the roadmap for tech-enabled solutions that improve relevance, personalisation and reduce noise!
-
Lead the delivery of high quality online, blended, and face-to-face events that build memorable colleague moments and align to Group priorities.
-
Working with partners to make the most of our new in-hub tech, crafting impactful moments across our tech-enabled global hubs.
-
Compose and oversee how content is published and measured across Group channels, ensuring its engaging, accessible and aligned to our channel and community frameworks.
-
Strengthen how we use data and insight into a decision making tool to guide strategic priorities. Positioning the team to create insightful narratives and aid a more predictive communication planning approach.
-
Provide trusted strategic colleague experience guidance to senior leaders, business partners and communicators.
-
Bring the outside in - taking findings from a range of sectors and be willing to innovate through experimentation.
-
Model a growth mindset - developing your own capability, supporting team development, taking ownership of performance and helping drive accountability.
