Summary
Out of hours personal
Tender Loving Carers, have an opportunity for an out of hours hour’s Duty desk worker.
This role is office based to work around our normal office hours.
We have a range off shifts
Monday to Friday 06.30 – 09.00
Monday to Friday 17.30 – 21.30
You must be available every other weekend.
Saturday and Sunday shifts
06.30 – 13.30
or
13.30 – 17.30
or
17.30 – 21.30
The role involves answering the phones to clients, care workers and professionals that are involved with the daily running of the company.
Ensuring daily notes are kept up to date.
The role will also include attending the clients at times in an emergency.
Dealing with staff sickness and reallocating the work.
The correct candidates must
Hold and full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
Have at least two years off social care background
Have basic computer knowledge.
Be able to work as part of a team.
Have great written and verbal skills.
