Head of Estates and Facilities
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Estates and Facilities to lead the management and development of the College’s estate, ensuring it provides a safe, inclusive and high quality environment that supports outstanding teaching, learning and student experience. Reporting to the Vice Principal Finance and Resources, the post holder will play a key role in supporting the College’s strategic priorities by ensuring the estate is compliant, sustainable, fit for purpose and responsive to the evolving needs of learners, staff and the wider community.
What will you do?
The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of the College Estates Strategy, oversee capital and maintenance programmes, and manage estates and facilities budgets to deliver strong financial control and value for money. You will work closely with senior leaders, curriculum teams and external partners, ensuring full compliance with health and safety, safeguarding and statutory requirements. This role is ideal for a confident and collaborative leader with significant estates or facilities management experience, ideally within an education or public sector setting, who is committed to continuous improvement and enhancing the learning environment.
