Summary
Preparing and supervising children's care, play and learning activities in line with EYFS indoor and outdoor to meet their needs. Writing children's records, observations, reports and supervising staff. Supervising self-care skills and promoting independence, healthy, wellbeing and hygienic practices, mealtimes and snacks and promoting a healthy diet. Supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities. Supporting children from varied and disadvantaged backgrounds to meet their cultural needs. To follow the setting's policies e.g. safeguarding, must clear DBS and healthy, Level 3 trained or study a Level 3 and Paediatric First Aid and PFA.
