Male Support Worker Needed – Immediate Start
We are looking for a patient, energetic, and reliable Support Worker to support a 23‑year‑old young man with autism and medicated ADHD. If you enjoy activities like snooker, pool, darts, and community outings — and you’re passionate about helping someone build confidence and independence — this could be the perfect role.
What You’ll Be Supporting With
Accessing the local community and building confidence.
Developing routine and independence at home.
Encouraging and supporting personal care, including good teeth hygiene.
Completing daily home tasks such as laundry.
Encouraging healthy eating and helping to complete a food diary.
Engaging in fun activities like snooker, pool, darts, and social outings.
About You
You will need excellent communication skills, a calm and patient manner, and the ability to connect positively with a young adult. Experience with autism or ADHD is preferred, but a supportive attitude and consistency are equally important.
