Summary
As a Clinical Lead GP, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare to our patients, while also leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to shape clinical pathways, drive innovation, and contribute to service-wide improvements that enhance the quality of care. Your leadership will be key in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within the practice. Provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care, including a maximum of 27 appointments per day with 15-minute slots. Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development. Drive service improvements by shaping clinical pathways, optimising processes, and contributing to innovative healthcare strategies.
