Summary
This role requires a confident communicator with good interpersonal skills, a learning mindset and a good attention to detail. You should be committed to supporting the care and wellbeing of our Service users through ensuring a high standard of work within a busy service. As well as having a good standard of education, you must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach to responding to changing priorities and delivering accurate work within tight deadlines. The ability to work within a team while using initiative to prioritise your own workload is required, as is the capacity to be flexible.
