Are you passionate about inclusion, early intervention and making a real difference in children’s lives?
Top Tots Day Nursery is looking for a dedicated and experienced SENCO to lead SEND provision in our warm, nurturing early years setting.
The Role:
You’ll champion inclusive practice, support early identification of needs, and work closely with children, families, staff and external professionals to ensure every child can thrive.
You Will:
Lead SEND practice and the Assess, Plan, Do, Review process
Create and review IEPs and support plans
Support and guide staff with inclusive strategies
Work closely with parents and outside agencies
Contribute to EHCP applications where needed
You’ll Need:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
SENCO qualification (or willingness to achieve)
Strong knowledge of EYFS & SEND Code of Practice
Experience supporting children aged 0–5 with additional needs
