We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Hospitality Team as our new Kitchen Apprentice. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, has excellent communicate skills, treats others with dignity and respect and can work as part of a team. You should be punctual and reliable, have a willingness to learn and a positive and friendly attitude. The ideal candidate should have some experience of working within a hospitality environment, preferably in a kitchen setting, and must have a keen interest in food. It is essential that you have a flexible approach to work (including evening and weekend hours). Completion of your apprenticeship will lead to a qualification as a Production Chef, subject to an end point assessment.
