We’re looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support the team. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, has a steady leadership style, and is comfortable balancing day-to-day operations with supporting a busy sales environment. What the role involves –
You’ll be working closely with the Operations Manager and the wider team. A typical week may include:
Helping to maintain and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Supporting and guiding the sales team, ensuring targets and service standards a re met.
Stepping in to run the office when the Operations Manager is away.
Attending meetings, presentations, and occasional industry events.
Spotting new business opportunities and helping shape how they’re developed.
Keeping systems up to date and ensuring communication is clear and professional.
Working with colleagues across the division to keep workloads moving smoothly.
Taking part in team meetings, sharing updates, and contributing ideas for improvement.
