Summary
Do you believe in real community action?
Help shape our support for our children, our futures.
Whether you’ve worked in youth support, community engagement, or you’re ready to make your mark in a people-first role, we have four exciting opportunities to support Youth Outreach within our communities.
What will your day look like?
You will be making a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and families across North East Lincolnshire. Whether you're guiding a young person toward a positive activity, helping them overcome barriers, or making sure their voices are truly heard.
Expect variety: you’ll be engaging young people in local initiatives, the next you’ll be helping them access the right services and support. You’ll keep professional records, share insights to improve community response, and be part of a passionate team working toward a safer, healthier, and more hopeful future for all.
*Please note: All roles will require friday, evening and weekend working commitments as well as the ability to support the Youth Justice Team with home visits and The Duke Of Edinburgh Award.
Who are we looking for?
You’re someone who sees potential where others see challenge. You believe young people deserve support, guidance, and opportunities—and you know how to bring energy and empathy to help make that happen.
We’re looking for someone who:
Connects easily with young people and understands their world
Can motivate, support, and inspire through meaningful engagement
Is a confident communicator and a team player
Can spot when to signpost, escalate, or dig deeper
Why join us?
You'll be part of a community that’s determined to see children and families thrive. We champion diversity, resilience, and the power of connection.
We offer a supportive working environment, opportunities for training and development, and the chance to grow alongside a team that truly cares.
Join us, and help write a better story for North East Lincolnshire—one young person at a time.
