We have an opportunity for an experienced Handyperson to work within the voids team for a local council in the Kensington & Chelsea borough.
Responsibilities:

Conducting general maintenance and repair works in council-owned void properties
- Undertaking barrel lock changes, door adjustments, and associated repair works.
- Completing basic plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs as required.
- Identifying additional repair works and accurately reporting findings to supervisors
- Using a PDA system to receive job instructions, record materials used, and confirm completion of works.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
