Summary

Maintenance Supervisor

We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Hinchingbrooke DTC team based in Hinchingbrooke.

Location: Hinchingbrooke, Huntingdon Hours: 40 hours per week (06:30-20:00, Monday-Friday with call out rota)

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role

What will you be responsible for?As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in delivering exceptional maintenance services. Your day to day will include:

-Managing Kier engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of reactive, PPM and quote works

-Developing your team's skills while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and SHE Basics

-Maintaining accurate asset records and ensuring all documentation meets compliance requirements

-Participating in the out-of-hours rota and providing first-point support for customer queries

-Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and relationship building with stakeholders
