The Role

· Creating a calm, structured, sensory‑aware learning environment
· Working closely with experienced support staff to deliver consistent routines
· Using visual supports, communication systems, and personalised strategies
· Building strong relationships with families and external professionals
· Tracking progress and contributing to reviews and assessments
· Promoting independence, emotional regulation, and communication skills
