A welcoming and inclusive educational setting in Plymouth is seeking an Inclusive Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with additional needs and play a key role in helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

This full-time role offers hands-on experience in a supportive environment where inclusion, understanding, and individual progress are truly valued.

As an Inclusive Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support for students with a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and behavioural challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support to students


- Adapting learning materials and activities to meet individual needs
- Supporting students to access the curriculum and engage in lessons
- Assisting with the development and delivery of personalised learning plans
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
- Promoting confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing



You'll be a consistent, supportive presence, helping students feel included, understood, and capable.
