Sales Executive

Barnstaple | Full-Time | Temp to Perm

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and contributing directly to company growth.

Key Duties
  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

  • Prospect using social media, industry databases, and marketing campaigns.

  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Route opportunities to appropriate team members for further development and closure.

  • Build relationships and book introductory appointments.

  • Identify customer needs and match them with suitable products and services.

  • Maintain and expand your prospect database using CRM and sales software.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Excellent customer service ability.

  • Confident telephone manner with a tenacious sales approach.

  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative.

  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly.

  • GCSE / O Level (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths.

Desirable
  • B2B sales or customer service experience.

  • Experience using CRM software (training will be provided).

  • Knowledge of the construction industry.

  • Full UK driving licence.
