This is a job where nature meets great food, beverages and coffee, contributing towards a mission that matters!
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same! From serving food, restocking shelves to serving customers and making coffees, you'll be a key part of creating a welcoming, efficient, and engaging visitor experience – all while helping protect wetlands and wildlife.
You’ll be a member of a friendly, supportive and committed team. If you like hard work and the feeling of achievement, this could be the job for you. All profits made by our restaurant go directly towards our vital conservation work worldwide to restore wetlands and unlock their superpower.
This is a casual position, therefore, hours are offered and worked on an ad-hoc basis as and when required to include weekends and bank holidays. Typically shifts will be worked in the daytime, although, you may be offered evening shifts occasionally for a special event or function.
When visiting our website, you will notice the position is referred to as Trading Assistant. This is how the role is known internally at WWT.

You will have experience of working in a fast paced environment and the ability to:
think outside of the ‘pond’ and committed to going the extra mile
manage and respond to customer feedback as appropriate
comply with all WWT Safety Management Systems
engage with visitors, living up to the WWT Customer Service standards
