Summary
What We're Looking For: A reflective, open-minded clinical associate psychologist who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused setting and is a team player. Strong communication, organisational and time management skills, with a keen ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Experience and/ or significant interest in working with older people with severe and enduring mental health problems, utilising a range of therapeutic approaches. An interest in group interventions and developing skills in managing groups dynamics or relational processes. Ability and/ or willingness to integrate a range of therapeutic models into your practice and in the development of the psychology offer. A strong passion for service development and team support is essential.
