About You You will have: Registration with NMC or HCPC Accreditation as a Surgical First Assistant (SFA) - Level 1 or Level 2 A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior theatre role Proven leadership and team management experience within a theatre environment Strong communication, decision-making, and influencing skills The ability to work autonomously while contributing to wider departmental objectives Helping you feel good.
