Summary
Your day in the life of a Healthcare Assistant (ENT) - As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, you will be supporting our Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) service across Cheshire and Merseyside. You will be responsible for collecting equipment and stock, setting up examination rooms for clinicians, and acting as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures. You will also complete essential administrative tasks, update patient outcomes, and ensure reports are accurately processed. Your support will ensure the smooth running of ENT clinics and contribute to a compassionate, highquality patient experience. Please note: Our service operates seven days a week, and you will work 5 out of 7 days. Typical shifts run between 07:00/07:30 17:30/18:00. This is a mobile role, and you may be required to travel to multiple clinics across Cheshire and Merseyside, and occasionally to other regions for service demand.
