Summary

Are you looking for a role where your DevOps expertise directly shapes engineering culture and delivery excellence?

Do you want to work somewhere that gives you real ownership of automation, observability, and platform performance?

Help us take our DevOps maturity to the next level with world class automation and engineering excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for underpinning good development processes including managing tools and testing environments, central code control, maintaining development standards and writing software that automates systems.

The main things you will be doing are:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining secure, modern systems – including translating designs into detailed physical architectures, integrating components, prototyping, and embedding appropriate security controls.
  • Building and supporting software and automation – using agreed specifications to code, test, document, and optimise programs or scripts, while identifying and resolving service faults.
  • Continuously improving development and delivery processes – identifying inefficiencies, supporting optimisation activities, and applying modern development standards and practices.
  • Ensuring platform reliability and performance – managing availability and capacity of services to meet business needs and KPIs.
  • Engaging users and stakeholders effectively – gathering evidence, using qualitative and quantitative research, and turning user needs into meaningful outcomes.
