Provide business and technical support as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the areas below to enable colleagues to deliver to their optimum level:

  • Keying From Image (KFI)
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Back End Scanning (BES)
  • CASP Scanning
  • Electronic Fitness to Drive (EFTD)

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

1. Take responsibility for team performance, including customer service, quality, and operational efficiency.

2. Support with the delivery of targets.

3. Collect, review and monitor data, providing reports when needed.

4. Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

5. Represent the team in meetings and share expert advice. Ensure changes and improvements are communicated and understood across the business.

6. Review, develop and implement improvements to policies, processes and procedures.

7. Identify and monitor processes, systems, quality issues and risks, advising stakeholders so problems can be resolved quickly.

8. Oversee performance, conduct and attendance processes, ensuring timely action in your role as Investigating Officer or Decision Officer.
