Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring)
Spennymoor.
Salary: £28,851.00 per annum.
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative with a Flooring discipline, to join Bernicia’s Property Maintenance and Construction department.
Role Benefits:
28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for full time employees; pro-rata to part time employees

About the Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) Role:
This role will involve:
As a Multi Skilled Operative your role will be aligned to undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.
Your Experience:
Successful candidates will need:
NVQ level 2 in floorcovering or working towards.
On-Site training, approximately 2 years
Linked building skills to carryout Multi-skilled works
CSCS card as appropriate to the role
Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively
To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
To understand risk assessments
Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
