We are a Supported Living service in Crowborough and want dedicated people to join us. We are looking for x3 Support Workers to work at weekends, working 15 hrs per week. Your role will involve working alongside adults with a learning disability to help them to realise their potential, live life to the full, build independent skills and live their best life. The role is varied, no two days will be the same.

Support Workers provide whole life support - this could be supporting an individual with personal care or attending a medical appointment, helping them budget plan and food shop or support an individual to learn to undertake their own domestic tasks or attend a recreational activity or interest or being in their home with them so they are safe.

Weekend shift patterns will be either 07.30-1500, 14:30-22:00 or 09:30-17:00.

Worried that you don’t have the right skills? Our aim is to build a team where your uniqueness will enhance the service people receive. We are passionate about our staff, which is why we’ll do everything we can to help you to develop both personally and professionally through your time with us.

We are looking for candidates who:

Have a positive attitude towards the rights of people with learning disabilities
