We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role requires a blend of practical skills and emotional intelligence to ensure that each individual receives personalised care tailored to their needs.
Description
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
Monitor and document changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to the appropriate people.
Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
Facilitate transportation for clients to appointments or social outings when required.

Candidates must be able to work effectively on their own initiative
Excellent communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach towards others.
The compassion to deliver the highest quality care to our service users.
An understanding into caring for older people would be an advantage, but not essential as full, comprehensive training will be given to the successful candidate.
A flexible attitude to working
Some evening and alternate weekend availability
Full UK driving licence
