Summary
Would you like to join our friendly retail team based at the Farmyard gift shop which sells a treasure trove of farmyard themed pocket money toys for children, as well as a source of inspired present ideas for the rest of our visitors. You will uphold our high standards of customer care by engaging with our customers and maintaining excellent product knowledge to help them with their purchases. Working within a small, friendly team, your main duties will include; serving customers (including tea/coffee/ice-cream), stock control, administration checks, light cleaning, till work, and helping in our other retail shops when required. Whilst you will be given all the training you need to be excellent in this job, you should have excellent customer service skills. Experience of cash handling will also be beneficial. We have the following two position available: Position 1: Sunday to Wednesday Position 2: Thursday to Saturday The hours for both positions during term-time will be 10.30am-4.30pm weekdays and 10am-6pm weekends. During the school holidays the hours will be 10am-6pm on weekdays and weekends. This is a seasonal permanent role, meaning you will work late March to early January each year. For these positions, you will start a week before the house opens week commencing 16th March 2026. Please see the attached job description for further information.
