  The Ideal Candidate

  We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who:

  • Has proven experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous role

    
    

  • Is passionate about fresh, seasonal, and local produce

    
    

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

    
    

  • Is a confident leader with excellent communication skills

    
    

  • Is ready to hit the ground running and take on a new challenge

    
    
    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the kitchen operation day-to-day

      
      

    • Design and deliver seasonal, high-quality menus

      
      

    • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety

      
      

    • Recruit, train, and manage a seasonal brigade

      
      

    • Mentor and develop junior kitchen team members

      
      

    • Work effectively as part of the senior management team

      
      

    • Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency at all times

      
      

      Working hours will be varied and will include evenings and weekends.
