Summary
Doncaster Alarms Ltd are looking to recruit a Fire & Security Engineer to join our growing engineering team.
This role would suit someone who is already confident carrying out installations across a range of fire and security systems, and who is looking to progress into deeper fault-finding, servicing and commissioning with training and support from experienced engineers.
Role Overview
You will work as part of our engineering team, installing and supporting a range of systems including:
Fire alarm systems
Emergency lighting
CCTV systems
Intruder alarms
Access control and door entry systems
Automated gates
The role is primarily installation-focused, however there will also be opportunities to develop into:
Testing and commissioning
Servicing and maintenance
Fault-finding and diagnostics
Job documentation and handover
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
A full UK driving licence
Previous experience in the fire and security industry (installation or maintenance)
A professional and reliable approach when working in customer environments
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
CSCS / ECS, IPAF, and a current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
