Responsibilities:

· Data Strategy and Management:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy for the Copilot team.

· Oversee data management processes, including data collection, storage, and analysis.

· Ensure data quality and governance across all Copilot projects.

· Collaboration and Coordination:

· Work closely with the UK sales and solutions team to support Copilot-focused presales bids and deliver Copilot engagements.

· Collaborate with Business Development Managers to build and take Copilot solutions to market.

· Support engagements with KPMG stakeholders and ensure Copilot solutions are understood throughout the firm.

· Technical Expertise:

· Provide technical guidance and oversight for data-related projects.

· Maintain technical knowledge by working closely with our Microsoft account teams.

· Build and present Copilot content for product presentations and deliver configured demonstrations to meet a prospect’s business needs.

· Client Consultancy:

· Deliver client consultancy on data-related aspects of Copilot solutions with an expected utilisation of 60%

· Support the UK markets Copilot sales strategy, including the production of technical assets (e.g., presentations, videos, demos) as part of go-to-market offerings.

· Advise on Copilot licensing and data integration.

Required:

· Proven success in a technical pre-sales role.

· Proven knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform

· Proven knowledge of Microsoft AI Studio and Microsoft Fabric.

· Proven record of building or selling tech solutions in one of the following sectors: Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail & Consumer, Manufacturing, Energy, Professional Services.

Desirable:

· Proven knowledge of other GPT based solutions and Power Automate.

· Proven knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications.

· Proven knowledge of Sustainability and other sector specific solutions in relation to Microsoft technologies.

The Person:

· Strong commercial skills.

· Experience in delivering client engagements.

· Experience with the Microsoft sales cycle and collateral.

· An intelligent, analytical, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

· Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and manage a range of relationships in a complex environment.

· Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening): an ability to present information concisely and communicate in a manner applicable to all levels.

· Able to produce high-quality and professional presentations.

· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to ensure documents are consistent in language, terminology, and style.

· Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards.

· Ability to handle highly confidential information with tact and discretion.

· Ability to travel
