You will develop the skills you need for the job by workingandnbsp;alongsideandnbsp;Smart Cityandnbsp;colleaguesandnbsp;whilstandnbsp;gainingandnbsp;hands on experienceandnbsp;at the same time as working towards aandnbsp;Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner Level 4andnbsp;qualification.andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;
What you will be doing:andnbsp;
- Assist, engage and deliverandnbsp;accessible online and offline sessions, suchandnbsp;as;andnbsp;one-off events, seasonal campaigns, or weekly sessions from set up, delivery to de-rigandnbsp;
- Support the digital recycling device bank and databank servicesandnbsp;
-andnbsp;Provide support to Digital Health Hubs, working in partnership with the Councilandnbsp;
-andnbsp;Assist Tech Mate volunteers to deliver digital confidence and digital - skills support to employees and digitally excluded customersandnbsp;
- Provide first-line digital support, delivering excellent customer service, guiding customers to develop digital skillsandnbsp;
- Contribute towards communication tools, such as, Go Online website and e-newsletterandnbsp;
-andnbsp;Following a structured apprenticeship framework to complete a professionalandnbsp;qualificationandnbsp;

Theandnbsp;Smart Cityandnbsp;Teamandnbsp;are currently agile workingandnbsp;however, full time employeesandnbsp;are required toandnbsp;attend their place of workandnbsp;at City Hall, Sunderlandandnbsp;at leastandnbsp;twoandnbsp;days per weekandnbsp;so an element of your workandnbsp;mayandnbsp;be undertaken from home.andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;One dayandnbsp;aandnbsp;week will beandnbsp;set aside for attending anandnbsp;educational institute,andnbsp;in person orandnbsp;online.andnbsp; There may potentially be a requirement to work unsociable hours on occasion.
