Location: Solihull, with flexibility to travel across the region
Hours: 40hrs per week
Salary: £22,000 - with salary earning potential of £35k+ upon completion of the course!
Start date: September 2026

How does a degree apprenticeship work?
As a Building Services Degree Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a BEng qualification with our university partner, London South Bank, all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us.
You will be involved in the design and installation of Mechanical and Electrical systems within buildings, such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, power distribution, data, smart building systems and plumbing (MEP). The range of systems provides countless career progression opportunities within the building services field of engineering and construction
Your day to day will include:
-Becoming part of a successful, supportive and experienced team of Building services Engineering Design and Construction professionals.
-Being involved with and developing designs and on-site installation management of varied and technical schemes across sectors such as Healthcare, Defence, Commercial and Education.
-Develop and deliver as part of the team sustainable, energy efficient MEP services installations working with varied teams of Architects, Engineers, developers and clients.
-Utilise the latest digital 3D software for modelling and generation of digital designs.
-Attending university during pre-determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course

What are we looking for?
To enrol onto your degree, you will need:
-5 GCSE at Grade 4 or above including Maths and English
-3 A-Levels must include Maths
-Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma (MPP) in a construction or engineering related topic (must include Maths & further Maths)
-Other Level 3 BTEC National Diploma (MM) in an Engineering subject (must include Maths & further Maths)
-Hold full driving licence and access to own vehicle
