We're looking for a Business Development Apprentice to join our Construction team based in Southampton, working towards a Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship.

Location: Southampton

Hours: 40hours per week

Salary: £20800

How does an apprenticeship work?

As Business Development Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with the Southern Construction business and be able to shadow the Senior Business Development Manager to grow and develop skills within this exciting team.

Your day to day will include:

-Customer Relationship Management (CRM Dynamics) - Super User (details from Group 'Standard Operating Procedure').

-Act as the main point of contact for CRM Dynamics queries within the business unit.

-Update any anomalies found in the CRM data through the exception reporting to ensure the information is accurate and current, this will require coordination with the relevant stakeholder in the business.

-Ensure data is input in alignment with the standard operating procedure.

-Monitoring emails and/or Teams messages for updates to pipelines, existing opportunities and new opportunities.



What are we looking for?

The role of Business Development Apprentice is great for you if:

-5 GSCEs grade 4 or above and 2 A-Levels ( any subject)

-Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

-Ability to demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and a determination to get things done

-Good level of knowledge and experience in various MS Office programmes, including MS Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
