Summary

We're looking for a CAFM System & Wellbeing Administrator to join our Sedgehill School team based in London.

Location: Sedgehill School, London

Hours: 40 hours per week

As our CAFM System & Wellbeing Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in maintaining an efficient, safe, and supportive environment for staff and students alike.

What will you be responsible for?As a CAFM System & Wellbeing Administrator, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational excellence. Your day to day will include:

• Managing the Help Desk function, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and maintaining accurate records• Overseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, ensuring compliance with schedules and regulations• Creating comprehensive monthly reports and analysing data to identify trends and insights• Processing and documenting task extensions and mitigations within the CAFM system• Administering Paymec within Concept Evolution, ensuring accurate processing of transactions
