Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse operation in Gaydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established company, offering regular shifts, great rates of pay, and a supportive team environment.
You will be responsible for operating Counterbalance forklift trucks, supporting warehouse activities, and ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently. If you’re a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:45 – 01:00
Pay Rates:
£14.90 per hour (basic)
£18.78 per hour (overtime)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Counterbalance FLT
- Carry out line walking and general warehouse duties as required
- Pick, move, and store stock accurately according to site standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Process orders efficiently and meet daily production targets
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Requirements
- Counterbalance licence
- Previous warehouse or production experience
- Computer literate with confidence using basic systems
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A reliable and team-focused attitude
