Location: Kings Lynn
Salary: £35,000 basic, £65,000 OTE (Uncapped)
We’re looking for a Business Manager who leads with ambition, integrity and a genuine passion for exceptional customer experience. As a business manager, you’ll guide and inspire a team of Sales Executives, helping them deliver outstanding service while developing your own skills and leadership. What You’ll Do Day to Day As a business manager, you will:
- Drive the sale of finance and insurance products, monitoring penetration rates weekly
- Identify opportunities to increase profitability through upselling
- Support the development of sales strategies to boost revenue, retention and overall performance
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and sales processes
- Work closely with Sales Executives to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds loyalty and referrals
- Maintain organised administration and a professional working environment
Requirements:
- We are ideally looking for someone with a proven background as a business, retail or transaction manager In a car showroom, however this is not essential
- At minimum you must be a senior sales executive
- Valid UK driving licence
