Preparation Manager Needed in Oldham
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexibility may be required)
- Salary: £35,000 basic with OTE up to £40,000

Key Responsibilities for a Preparation Manager:
- Order and manage parts required for vehicle preparation
- Coordinate vehicles arriving into stock to ensure smooth workflow through all departments
- Ensure vehicles are fully prepared and retail ready within required timescales
- Liaise with workshop, valeting, and sales teams to maintain efficiency
- Support general operational organisation within the preparation process
What We’re Looking For in a Preparation Manager:
- Previous experience within automotive operations, parts, or vehicle preparation
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail and team collaboration
- Full UK driving licence
