We are looking for a confident Year 1/ Early Years class teacher who will actively lead our mixed age ‘Holbeck’ classroom, to enhance our already unique, distinctively Christian school. The position is a full-time teaching post with subject leadership opportunities if appropriate. The position can be flexible to suit an ECT, up to UPS for a suitably experienced and qualified candidate.
We are looking for a teacher who:
• Is passionate about children’s learning and can teach to a high standard.
• Has a flexible approach to working throughout school.
• Has an ability to foster strong, positive relationships with parent/carers and other professionals.
• Is highly motivated, aspirational and aims for the very best for every child in our school.
• Understands how to nurture and support all children.
• Is committed to our Christian Values and help us to embed them
• Approaches teaching with enthusiasm, a sense of fun and an incredibly positive attitude.
• Has a strong understanding of both the EYFS and Key Stage 1 National curriculum.
