Pathfinder College supports young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through a carefully designed curriculum that bridges education, independence, and employability. Our Post-16 students follow a bespoke learning pathway focused on academic development, life skills, communication, emotional wellbeing, and preparation for adulthood, delivered through aPrimary Teaching Modelthat ensures consistency, security, and personalised support.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing and innovative Post-16 provision, where learning is highly individualised and centred on helping students become confident, capable, and independent young adults.
