We currently have a vacancy within our Blue Badge Team based at Waterside office in Sale.
The Blue Badge Team provides an essential service, processing applications for blue badges for Trafford residents.

About you

Flexibility will be required to work between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday to meet the needs of the service.
About the role
This busy department provides a front-line service dealing with inbound calls, emails and social media enquiries from our customers. You will be working within a fast-paced Call Centre environment dealing with enquiries for Council Services including - Council Tax, Benefits, Planning, Elections, Adult Social Services, Blue Car Badge and Libraries, providing accurate advice to enable customer query resolution at the first point of contact.
Additional Information
- Working Wednesday to Friday between the hours of 9am- 5pm
- A basic DBS check with be required.
- Potential for hybrid working at home and in the office
