Deliver personalised one-to-one and small-group speech and language interventions within school settings

Support pupils in developing speech, language, social communication skills, and confidence

Maintain accurate session records, monitor progress, and provide clear, constructive feedback

A minimum of one year's experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist

Experience delivering therapy to children or young people (school-based experience preferred)

An Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one

Experience supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD, DLD, or SEMH needs

Experience working in mainstream and/or specialist school settings

Confidence delivering both direct therapy and indirect support, such as staff training and resource development
