The Role
- Support pupils during lessons across a range of subjects
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and behaviour routines
- Encourage focus, confidence, and positive behaviour
- Help create a calm and inclusive learning environment
Who This Role Suits
- Experience working with young people (school, youth work, mentoring, coaching, care, etc.)
- A patient, reliable, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in working in education on a long-term basis
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
