Before You Apply
- This role requires recent experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner within an EYFS nursery.
- Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.

What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Recent experience as a Nursery Room Leader or senior practitioner
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS
- Confidence leading practice and supporting staff within a room
- Ability to maintain quality, consistency, and compliance in a busy setting
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of your assigned room
- Plan, deliver, and review EYFS activities aligned to children’s interests
- Support and guide practitioners working within your room
- Monitor observations, assessments, and record keeping
- Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with senior staff and specialist colleagues to ensure consistent practice
