Summary

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – £28,600

Workdays in this nursery are spent engaging with children’s ideas, extending learning through play, and making the most of stimulating indoor and outdoor environments. The Level 3 Nursery Practitioner plays a key role in planning activities, supporting development, and delivering the EYFS in a practical, child-led way.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide consistent, high-quality care and education within your room
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s development accurately
  • Support children’s learning through play and daily routines
  • Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards
  • Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers

What You’ll Need

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Recent experience working in an EYFS nursery setting
  • Good working knowledge of the EYFS
  • Confidence supporting children’s learning and development
  • Ability to work reliably as part of a consistent team
