Summary
We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join our OFSTED Outstanding Special School. As we launch our new site, Briarwood South, Knowle, we are expanding our HR Team and welcoming new colleagues to be part of this exciting next chapter.We are seeking to appoint an HR Administrator to join our friendly and supportive HR Team. The role will be based at our Junior Site, Briar Way, Fishponds, Bristol, BS16 4EA, with some requirement to work across out other sites.Briarwood has a dedicated team of staff, governors and parents/carers who are proud to support 167 children and young people aged 3 to 19 years and are passionate about their progress, happiness and care.You will provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of support services across the school. Acting as a key point of contact for staff, you will help ensure clear and efficient information flows. The role has specific HR administration responsibilities, particularly supporting Onboarding and Learning and Development processes. Experience of working in HR within an education setting is desirable.This is an exciting opportunity to join our school during a period of rapid development. If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding administrative role, this could be the position for you.The post is 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm and Friday 8.15am to 3.45pm (which includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch break). Term time only plus 2 weeks at the end of the Summer Holidays, working 41 weeks (including 5 inset days), 11 weeks school holidays of which 6.6 weeks are paid as annual leave. No entitlement to annual leave during term time. £24,503 to £26,229 (Actual Salary) depending on local government continuous service.
