Key Responsibilities:
• Cut, prepare, and package fresh meat according to customer specifications.
• Provide custom butchering services, including deboning, trimming, and portioning.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are adhered to in the butchery area.
• Monitor the freshness of meat products and manage inventory effectively.
• Engage with customers, offering recommendations and answering questions about meat products.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in butchering and meat handling.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
