The Behaviour Support Service is seeking to recruit an experienced teacher to work within its secondary department, supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEBD) who need to be educated outside of a mainstream school environment.
We are looking for a suitably experienced teacher who is passionate and enthusiastic about improving outcomes for children and young people with BESD and who have the skills to engage and manage pupils with complex and challenging needs effectively.
The person appointed would:-
• be responsible for planning and delivering the curriculum, working with the teaching team to develop and deliver an appropriate curriculum;
•be actively involved in the pastoral care and behaviour management of pupils
